Matt & Hailey Kingsley
Matt Kingsley grew up in
Dublin, Ireland, as a GEM-K, while Hailey
lived a world away in California, but they met
in Ireland in 1997 when Hailey participated in
a nine-month internship at Matt’s home church,
City Gates. Between the two of them, Matt and
Hailey have a wide array of youth and
leadership experience gained all around the
world over the past eight years as Sunday
School teachers, camp counselors, and even
resident assistants in college. The Kingsleys
currently live in Dublin, Ireland with their
two children. Matt leads the European side of
GEM-K ministry for teens aged 13-19.
Rod Taylor
Rod grew up in California and met his wife Dawn in Oregon where Rod was a Youth Pastor and she a graduate student at Multnomah Biblical Seminary. After their marriage in 1992 they lived in Oregon before joining Greater Europe Mission in 1998. Rod has ministered to youth since 1980, working with ministries such as Youth for Christ, Malachi Ministries in Germany, as a youth pastor in two US churches, and director of GEM Europe-wide Youth Ministries while living in Ireland until 2006. In 2007 the Taylors moved back to the States to work with GEM Member Care, specifically the care of GEM-Ks transitioning back to North America. Rod and Dawn have two children, Ryan and Lauren.
Déliciana Harris
Déliciana lives in Kandern, Germany though she grew up in France as a GEM-K. Her heart for third culture kids led her to study psychology in University and now she serves as associate staff with GEM-K Ministries. When asked her interests she responded, "I love how God reveals Himself through nature, music and art...! I also am a cat-lover...:)"
Ann-Phyllis Murphy
Ann-Phyllis spent her growing up years between Arkansas and Russia. In 1998 she began working with a discipleship ministry for girls and MKs. GEM-K Conference 2002 brought her first involvement with GEM-Ks and she's treasured each interaction with them ever since. Currently residing in the States, Ann-Phyllis enjoys photography, soccer, reading and traveling.
